My name is Bernadette Riseborough, I am an authorised Perth Marriage celebrant and Civil Celebrant for all occasions. I service all areas of Perth plus regional areas of Western Australia. My primary focus is to design and deliver the perfect ceremony for you

and your partner.

I always commit to delivering a high-quality service, ensuring all your needs are met. It is so important to have a celebrant that will work as part of your team, who you can feel completely comfortable with. I strive to understand any specific traditions you may wish to incorporate into your service in order to make it a truly memorable day.

I have a been a business owner for many years of my life and travelled extensively all over the world soaking up culture and history. When I am not working as a celebrant you may find me performing walking history tours out and about around our great city.

This combination of experience, has helped me immensely in becoming a versatile and confident celebrant. I am a proud member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants and abide by their code of ethics.

Assist you with all the forms you are required to complete, making sure that any required paperwork is correctly completed and lodged with the relevant authorities as required.
